When will I get my order? We normally ship 2 or 3 times a week.* Your on-line order will be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail, or ground UPS (usually International First-Class Mail to Canada), depending on weight and destination. In the U.S., delivery will be about 2 days to a week from when we ship, depending on where you are. If you need books by a certain date, the best thing to do is email or call us. Tell us what you want to order, where the books will be sent, and when you need them, and we will figure out the best way to ship and tell you what is possible. Send us email or call (800) 954-2984.
*NOTE: We're going to be out of the office and not filling orders January 25, 2012, through February 4, 2012. If you place an order during that time, we will ship it when we return.
How much will shipping cost? Shipping charges will be calculated at check out, based on total weight of your order. Amounts are in $US. 7 or fewer of the $4.95 Finders books will ship for the lowest rate of $4.75 for the entire order. (Note: These are flat rates; on very small orders, the amount we charge may be more than the actual cost to us; on larger orders the shipping charge is often less than our cost. )

What if I want to CHANGE my order? When you order through our web site, you are buying from CCNow, our online merchant who provides you with secure credit card processing. (We've worked with CCNow for years without any problems.) CCNow takes your order, validates your credit card, and then forwards to us the information we need to ship your books. We never see your credit card information. We can, at your request, cancel or decrease any order that hasn't yet shipped, but we can't increase your order or add items to it after it has been placed with CCNow.
Can we order with a purchase order? Schools and other institutions may order with a purchase order if ordering at least 10 books. Our order form lists quantity discounts available when you order directly from us, rather than through the web site. (If ordering to resell, see information for booksellers.)
Can I order by mail with a check? Absolutely. Print an order form and mail it to us with your check.
What's Your PRIVACY POLICY? This web site (naturestudy.com) doesn't gather any information. If you click on a "buy" link, you will be sent to the secure shopping cart page operated by our online retailer, CCNow. The transaction will be governed by CCNow's excellent privacy policy.

We will not give out, sell, or loan your contact information to anyone. We use your email address and phone number only if we need to contact you about your order. We sometimes use postal mailing addresses-very sparingly-to send a new book announcement or other advertising material. If you don't want any mail, please tell us (in the space for special instructions) when you order, and we will respect your wishes.
